  I would give a quarter star if I could. My Husband purchased diamond earrings for me from this location, I went in because he said the young lady who helped him told him about a diamond trade program. So I went in just to look for something bigger and possibly trade. I was approached by a lady with a dark complexion and on the heavier side, her name tag said she was the store manager which I think is a complete lie! She knew nothing about diamonds ! My daughter works for a small jewelry shop and has educated me alittle. This lady however should be ashamed and disgusted to call her self the manager of a diamond store but not know anything about diamonds. I asked a couple questions about clarity, color and GIA certification and she was clueless ! I would feel slightly better if she was a new consultant but the store manager?!? And yet you know nothing about what you're selling ?! Wow ! She went on to try and pressure me into buying them but couldn't tell me anything about them ! I wish I would have been helped by the original young lady who helped my husband. My husband said she spent 2 hours explaining everything in depth he doesn't recall her name but he knows she had bangs and blondish short hair, that girl needs to be in charge. As for the store manager god help you lady you do not know what you're doing !
