  The friendliness and service is at all what you expect from apple. The staff doesn’t listen, have to repeat a couple of times every request / question, cause they keep interrupting with same standard sentences.

  I have waited around 40-45 for purchasing an X.. employees are not helpful. I was second person on the list and I was watching 4-5 employees were in funny conversation and I asked them why I am waiting 40-45 minutes and they said this is not our job you have to wait !!! Of course I got out without my new phone because of they don’t have an X in their store.. briefly I had waited 40-45 minutes for learning they have phone on the backside or not..
