- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 10, 2019, by nur ayseThis review is NOT for the Anthro in Harvard Square but it is for the Anthro online furniture department which did not publish my review. I ordered two white velvet chairs and received them last week. One chair had yellow marks on them, other has significant indentations on the velvet. I called while the delivery guys still inside and customer service was helpful with the return process. However when I submitted a review for the chair, it never got published suggesting that Anthro does not publish negative reviews on the furniture. If I have read any bad reviews on these chair, I would have never bought them. I will not trust any of the reviews on the website anymore.
